About
A devastating back injury in 2013 abruptly took me out of the dance world and placed me on a frustrating journey. It took time, patience, and persistence to understand how to better manage my symptoms and bolster my well-being.
Over the years, what has benefitted my health the most?
A combined approach of physical medicine, restorative practices, and movement.
Today, I am so grateful to be adventuring again.
